Honored & Grateful: Celebrating the Greater Beverly Chamber of Commerce Business Community

Honored to Serve, Grateful for Recognition

I’ve always believed that real estate is about more than just buying and selling homes—it’s about helping people navigate major life transitions, build new beginnings, and find a place to truly call home. This past week, I was incredibly honored to be named Businessperson of the Year by the Greater Beverly Chamber of Commerce (GBCC) at their 14th Annual Business Awards.

This award isn’t just a reflection of my work—it’s a testament to the amazing clients, colleagues, and community that make Turcotte Homes what it is today. Serving as a dedicated North Shore MA real estate agent and extending my expertise to clients in Southern New Hampshire and Maine, I’m proud to help individuals and families achieve their home ownership dreams across the region.

A Recognition That Belongs to Many

Being recognized as Businessperson of the Year means so much because it highlights what I value most: integrity, excellence, and social responsibility.

One of my nominators put it best (yes, I’m grateful AND blushing):

“Linda exemplifies integrity, excellence, and social responsibility. As the driving force behind Turcotte Homes, Linda has set a standard for success in the real estate industry through her ethical business practices and commitment to exceptional service. Beyond her professional achievements, Linda’s dedication to the community is unmatched. She is a constant presence at Chamber/Rotary events, organizes fundraisers throughout the year for charitable organizations, and generously supports others through donations, time, and encouragement.”

This award represents not only my journey but the collaborative spirit of the clients, team members, and community partners who have supported me along the way.

A Night of Celebration

The GBCC Business Awards were an inspiring reminder of the strength and spirit of our local business community. Congratulations to all of this year’s nominees and winners, who continue to set the bar high for excellence and innovation. From small businesses making a big impact to non-profits leading the charge for change, each honoree represents the best of what our region has to offer. Special congratulations to all my fellow winners and nominees—your dedication and hard work inspire us all! I’ve included a full list at the bottom of this blog with links to their sites. Please consider visiting their pages, too!

We had an amazing turnout of 230 attendees, with live entertainment provided by Soulitude and North Shore Music Theater’s cast of Beetlejuice Jr., led by NSMT Director of Education Kyla Moulton and Briana Visini, owner of Refine Dance Studio.

To the GBCC, my team, my clients, and the Greater Beverly community—thank you for trusting me, supporting me, and allowing me to do what I love every day. I’m beyond grateful.
